PERIOD ENDING - 29 JUNE 1983
I. Progress Report on Tasks Assigned by the DCI/DDCI:
No items this reporting period.
II. Items/Events of Major Interest:
a. Scheduled Move of Accounts Division Office of Finance:
Construction y is. nearing
completion for Phase II modifications at The
Offices of Data Processing and Security and the Voice Communi-
cations Branch, Office of Communications, have all been notified
that their work may begin anytime and that the move from Key
Building is scheduled to occur on 8 July.
b. Drawings for Computer Graphics Installation: Drawings
were completed by the Architectural Design Staff ADS), LSD/OL,
and issued to the Space Maintenance and Facilities Branch, LSD/OL,
on 24 June 1983 for the new ADS computer graphics installation
in Room 1J45 Headquarters. The installation is scheduled for
11 July 1983.
c. Meeting to Review LIMS-DAC Options: On 22 June 1983, a
representative from ADS met with the Executive Officer, OL and
others to decide on the LIMS space allocation requirements in
the Data Access Center,
d. Installation of Drapes: On 27 June 23 pairs of drapes
were installed in several offices in Headquarters Building.
e. Conversion of Bathroom to Kitchenette: During the week,
masonry, painting, and installation of baseboard molding were
completed in Room 7E26 Headquarters, thereby finishing the con-
version of the bathroom to a kitchenette.
f. Planned Power Outage: The Rosslyn Field Office, General
Services Administration,, has advised that a planned power outage
will be implemented at the Key Building on Saturday, 9 July, from
0700 to 1500 hours. The purpose of this outage is for testing
of the electrical lines. The Office of Finance Foreign Broadcast
Information Service, and have been
so advised.

III. Significant Events Anticipated During the Coming Week:
has notified the Deputy Chief,
Logistics Services Division, OL that they will not be serving
a dinner meal on 1 July due to 4th of July weekend.
