SIGNIFICANCE: Naval and missile activity observed in Cuba 2. REMARKS: Itwo STYX missiles were observed at Cabanas Naval Nffssile Storage No 1. One of the missiles was on a trailer being towed towards the exit of the facility. At Cabanas Naval Base 1.5 nm north of the storage 25X1 facility,were four OSA-1 PTFG, 17 KOMAR,PTG, and five other small vessels. (not depicted on graphic) Also, on that date, naval ships were observed under tow heading southwest at approximately 22-39N 084-15W, approximately 75 nm WSW of Cabanas. One SO-1 PC and one KRONSHTADT PCS were being towed by a YTM. A NYRYAT YDT was nearby. An SO-i PC and a KRONSHTADT PCS, normally observed in an area reserved for derelict ships at Mariel Naval Base were not present 25X1 3.
