1. The attached correspondence is self-explanatory.
2. 1 have just had a telephone call from Mr. I I reporting 25X1
on his conversation with Mr. I and indicating considerable 25X1
enthusiasm in Mr. 0 desire to be helpful. I told Mr. I 25X1
that he could expect another visit from us prior to his departure for
F_ I (after our geographic officers had considered
his potential usability) we would know whether or not he could be
helpful to us and would so inform him. I do not know whom to send
these papers to to get the action indicated above, so will look to you
to follow through. I am not in any way urging that we utilise Mr.

that we button it up with him one way or the other.
