RICE EkPORT TO BANGLADESH--Tokyo, 1 Sep (JIJI Press)--The Food Agency
announced Monday that Japan will export 70,000 tons of polished non-
glutinous rice to the food-short Bangladesh on a deferr.ed payment basis.
The export price was given as 99,000 yen (about 396 dollars) per ton.
Payment will be made over 20 yeara after a 10-year grace period at an
annual interest rate of 3 p ercent (2 percent during the grace). Shipment
