European firms that it would be extremely difficult and hardly possible for
East Germany to fulfill her contracts with West European countries concerning
the export of barrxn-coal briquettes. The present situation in this field is
considered to be very bad. All shipments have already been stopped.
It is questionable whether deliveries can be resumed in the near future.
