Journalist convicted JaS CIA spy
WARSAW; Poland - A journalist was sentenced by
a military court to eight years in prison for passing
military secrets to the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency,
Polish television reported Saturday Jozef Szaniawski
pleaded guilty of spying for CIA for 11 years until his
arrest last August, the report said. It said he received
$15,000 for his services.
