By 2g July 1954 ukases of the Presidiuv, Suer-?c Soviet Azerbaydzhan SSR, Ali-Bavra;aly City-Type Settlement, li-Bayrrn linsl-iy Rsven, and Kyzy1-Boron City-Type Settlement, Siazenskiy Rayon, were -lesi~ cud cities of rayon sub- ordination, and the latter was named Siazan' city.(3) The populated point of Paragachay, Ordubadskiy Rayon, Nakhichevan ASSR, was designated a city-type settlement by a 13 August 154 ukase of the Presidium, Sunremc Soviet Azerbaydzhan SSR.(4) BSLORUSSIAti SSR By a 19 June 1951+ ukase of the Presidium, Supreme Soviet Belorussian SSR, Ruzhanckiy Rayon was transferred from Grodnensksy^l Oblast to Brestskaya Oblast. (5) By a 3 August 19511 ukase of the Fresidium, Supreme Soviet Belorussian SSR, the center of Vusilishkovskiy Rayon, Grodnenskaya Oblast, was transferred from Vasilirliki City (Type) Settlement to Ostryna City (Type) Settlement. Vasllishki City (Type) Settlement was ubolished and its territory was transferred to Vasi- lishkovskiy Village Soviet.(6) By a 16 July 1954 ukase, the Presidium, Supreme Soviet USSR, in accordance with a proposal of the Presidium, Supreme Soviet Belorussian SSR, changed the name of Siding 116 Km, Kalinin Railroad System, to Zaslonovo Station.(7) Karpilovka Village (derevnya), O.';tyabr'skiy Rayon, Gomel'okaya Oblast, was reorganized as a ci!.y (type) settlement named Oktyabr'skiy by a 31 August 1954 ukase of the Presidiu1, Supreme Soviet Eclo:?uscian SGR.(4) Rudobelka and Rudnya villages w SettlemenL.(3) c'?
