Representatives of each community will meet with government offi- cials to draw up the terms of the agreements. The collective agreement will apply to all farms, agricultural estab- lishments, and enterprises within the limits of the community, with the ex- ception oY state Parma and collective agricultural enterprises (which are subject to central planning). It is to be noted that the quota and schedule fox each agriculturalist will appear on the collective agreement, as will his name as co-signer, thus making him conscious of his individual responsibility.
