6. The UB mainta two short wave transriitters in Warsaw for operational purrosos.
One such transa_tter is located in the headquarters building of the UI3 on the
street A) a ja ntalina (formerly Ale ja Ujazdowskie) and the other at an unidenti-
fied address in the 'Warsaw suburb of Sluzetriec. Detww;n 0900 and 3..100 hours
daily, coded rze;ssagess are transmitted by these stations on the I( r .w.. lenflth.

8. A secret Soviet transmitter is located in the Warsaw-Praga area, Ulica;
Targowa 60 (?), behind tJlica Zabkowska. This transmitter is known in
Polish as "Pszczolko". The transmitter was originally `iuilt by the Soviets
in 1945 and used by the Poles until the completion of the larger Warsaw
transmittgr. After that time it was officiallsy published that the C?PszczoIft
transmittctr had been demolished, but in reality it was taken over 'o; the
Soviets for their own use. The area surrounds this transmitter has been
securely fenced off and is guarded by Soviet sentries.
