The Contractor shall conduct a program for the development of
aHall-Effect Magnetometer and "Clamp-On" Hall-E~teet Sensor and the
modification of a Dual Channel Modulator Playback System for 0.06 IP3
(Ampex Model 350 Magnetic Tape Transport Ua~it) as specified is (A)
Option I, (B), and (C) II A attachments of Contractor's letter, dated
May 3, 1960. The cork shall be performed in accordance Frith the

Although the work under this Task Order is considered un-
classified when disassociated from the purchaser, you are not
at any time authorized to use items for display or promotional
purposes or in any way publicly disclose the items unless you
have requested and have received prior xritten authorization
to do so from the Contracting Officer.
