Article I
These refulntiams are adopted in accord with Article 7 of the Telegraph
Regulations.

In the case of radio transmitting equipment intended for sale, beside thr
aforesaid procedure, the dealer shall indicate explicitly the place (or places)
where the, equipment is to be stored after importation. i.han deemed necessary,
the Ministry of Communications may order the dealer to make a written report
each month concerning the progress of sales and the amount still on band.
Article V
Whoever intends to purchase and install radio transmitting equipment must
first apply to the Ministry of Co nunications for a permit which he shall, use
in making his purchase from the dealer. Without such a permit, the dealer shall
not make a sale. The same applies in all cases of a transfer. of own,-rehip other
than by the usual business transaction of purchase and sale. The Ministry of
Comemn1cations may, at any time-send a representative to inspect the stock of
radio equipment on. hand and ascertain whether or not the dealer has disposed of
any radio transmitting equipment without proper authorization.
'Artfule VI
On import applications covering equipment for the Army, Navy, Air Force or
the Govesrmant-Thlegraph,Administration, only the 50 fen revenue stamp is re-
quired; no tee for. the certificate is charged. But with all other applications
for any party whatsoever, the fee for the certificate to payable according to the
following schedule;
1. Two yuan for a certificate covering not more than one unit of a receiving
set, or one replacement for any part thereof, for one's own use; or not more than
two units of a set, or replmosment parts thereof, for ass in a hospital for medical
purposes.
2. Twenty yuan for certificates corer_ng more than the number or for other
than the purposes specified in the preceding item.
3. Party yuan for certificates covering the impartation of equipment for
sale either before or after assembly.
4, Double the fee specified in Items No 2 or 3 above if the material im-
ported includes a complete instrument for wireless telegraph, wireless telephone,
or radio broadcasting.
The invoioes presented at time of application should give full particulars
comoerbing all the items of equipment, including wiring diagrams therefore, and
if these are not available at tine of importation, they most be supplied within
one month.
Articles IX, X, XI
The import certificate shall be valid for only 2 or 3 months from the date
of issuance, and ray be used on only one occasion. In case the articler to be
imparted do not all arrive simultaneously, the original certificate should, within
the period of its validity, be exobanged for two or more separate certificates to
correspond with the shipments as they arrive, and the proper fees paid accordingly.
Similarly, if importation I. to be effected tbrougt4 a different not or if there
are other obanges in specifications, new or modified certificates oust be obtained.

Article XIV
In case the import certificate should be lost, notice of ..s, loss and can
collation must be published in the newspapers, and the Ministry of Cammumioations
and the oustos house must be notified. A fee of one Yuan shall be charged for
a duplicate certificate.
After a certificate has served its purpose, it should be ra:.rued to the
bb;ri,etry of Communioations for recording and cancellation. It this is not done
