MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Concurrence in Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. BF-CT-696
with Hycon Mfg. Company, Pasadena, California, OFFIET/CT,
Project CHALICE and Air Force
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained
in Paragraph 5.
2. Contract No. BF-CT-696 is a fixed price open call type for use
by the Air Force and Project CHALICE in ordering spare parts, modi-
fication kits, components, and data for equipment which has been
manufactured by the Contractor.
3. Amendment No. 5 incorporates the final amounts for the
period 1 July 1958 - 30 June 1959. This results in a decrease of
10.62 for Customer No. 1 which should be liquidated from CHALICE
FY 59 funds previously obligated for this contract and an increase
of $1,772.17 for Customer No. 2 which should be obligated from "No
Year" Air Force funds for use during FY 1959. By concurrence to
this memorandum the Comptroller signifies that funds have been
liquidated and obligated as set forth above,
4. Certification of funds for this contract will be handled under
the procedure ap roved b the Director of Central Intelli ence on
15 December 1956
