SUBJECT: Initiation of Dissemination of the Science and
Weapons Daily Report to HPSCI and SSCI
Beginning 08 November 1988 CIA will start sending the
Science and Weapons Report (SWR) to SSCI for Ed Levine and
HPSCI for Jack Keliher, Duane Andrews, and Marty Faga only.
The SWR will be sent to the above mentioned Committees
diretly from CPAS on a SAME DAY READ AND RETURN BASIS and and
cannot be retained overnight. If the staffers cannot read the
document on the day it is sent, it will be returned for storage
and sent again as requested. CPAS will send the documents to
OCA for destruction. The SWR cable will continue to be sent to
the Committees until further notice.
This arrangement has been approved by Richard Kerr, DDI,
and D/OSWR. ORCON approval has been roved by
