Dear Jim:
As you recall the Council in July had an interesting briefing and
discussion led by Don Ofte, Director of the Idaho National Engineering
Laboratory concerning As a result of this session, the Council
members have indicated an interest in having the experiment pursed to
completion, so that the results can be closely monitored for consideration of
possible future applications.
Therefore, we encourage further DOE funding to complete the research which
has been started on the project and hope that this may be possible.
