Movement of East German Naval Vessels in Rostock Harbor EaSt German naval vessels bunker oil and water in Rostock., From the middle of December 1957 until 29 January 1958 East German naval vessels did not take in oil and water in Rostock and Warnemuende because the harbor installations were overburdened.
