Mr. Alex Hartley, the Director of Training for the Coro Foundation
Midwestern Center in St. Louis, requested that you grant an.i.nterview to the-
1987-88 participants of the Coro Fellows Program when they are in Washington
from 30 May - 3 June. The Fellows Program is a nine-month postgraduate

in Washington, they will study national government and would like to interview
various national leaders.
Mr. Hartley has been contacted by telephone and advised that your schedule
is full. Because the attendees are interested in careers in public affairs, I
suggest that I plan to meet with the Fellows during their stay in Washington.
If you approve, I will send the attached letter to confirm the appointment.
