The Fellows Program is a nine-month postgraduate program for 12 selected candidates planning careers in public affairs. While in Washington, they will study national government and would like to interview various national leaders. Mr. Hartley has been contacted by telephone and advised that your schedule is full. Because the attendees are interested in careers in public affairs, I suggest that I plan to meet with the Fellows during their stay in Washington.
