REVEALS THAT A LARGE EARTH MOUND WITH FOUR PROBABLE ENTRANCES ORIENTED
IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION, IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION ON THE BANK OF THE CHANG
CHIANG (YANGTZE RIVER). THE PROBABLE ENTRANCES ARE IRREGULAR, RECTANGULAR
ENCASEMENTS WITH PROBABLE PLATFORMS IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF EACH.
TOWERS ARE LOCATED EAST AND SOUTH OF THE MOUND AND TWO PROBABLE CRANES
ARE OBSERVED ON TOP OF THE MOUND.. CONSTRUCTION LOADS EXTEND AROUND AND
OVER THE MOUND.
A SMALL SUPPORT AREA JUST TO THE NORTH CONSISTS OF SIX PROBABLE BARRACK,

DEFENSE SITES NEAR THE ESTUARY OF THE CHANG CHIANG. (ONLY ONE OF WHICH
IS SHOWN ON GRAPHIC).
EACH SITE CONSISTS OF FOUR PARALLEL STRUCTURES WITH A POSSIBLE
PARAPET IN FRONT OF EACH AND AN INTERCONNECTING ROAD PATTERN THAT ALSO
LEADS TO A SUPPORT AREA CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY EIGHT SMALL BUILDINGS.
5. COMMENTS:
THE NUMBER, LOCATION, AND
ORIENTATION OF THE STRUCTURES AT EACH SITE TENDS TO INDICATE THESE SITES
MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHANGHAI SUSPECT ADVANCED WEAPONS RELATED
FACILITY NORTH.
