TITLE/SIGNIFICANCE:
Probable Signature for SA-9 Training Sites.
COMMENT: These sites were observed at two Soviet barracks areas in One of 25X
the sites (Figure 1) contained four SA-9 Tels and a BTR-60PB.
Recognition Features: There are five revetments oriented along the same azimuth.
This differs from the SA-6 training site which has four of five revetments oriented
in different directions. It also differs from SA-4 training sites which contain only
four revetments oriented in the same direction.
