COMMENT: Th1S piece of equipment is the signature item of most ELINT sites which support lectronic counter-measures in the USSR. It can be mis-identified as antiaircraft, radar r an unidentified trailer when it is in a travel mode. The equipment in the vehicle park elow is probably the full complement of a signal intercept regiment.
