LOADED _0N A LIBYAN EL TEMSAH CLASS ROLL-ON/ROLL-OFF (RO/RO)
SHIP. AT LEAST FIVE SA-2 MISSILE TRANSPORTERS HAVE BEEN PLACED
ON THE DECK OF THE RO/P.0 ND THREE SA-2
LAUNCHERS ARE ON THE QUAY.
(SWN) THE FINAL DESTINATION OF THIS EQUIPMENT IS UNKNOWN.
LIBYAN RO/RO SHIPS HAVE BEEN USED TO TRANSSHIP EQUIPMENT TO
ETHIOPIA AND ALGERIA, THROUGH ALGERIA TO THE POLISARIO, THROUGH
THE CONGO TO THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, AND WITHIN LIBYA.
