SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION 16.5 NM SOUTHEAST OF HAVANA.
2. (SWN) REMARKS: TAPASTE SURFACE-TO-AIR MISSILE SITE IS UNDER
CONSTRUCTION APPROXIMATELY 16.5 NM SOUTHEAST OF HAVANA AT
23-03-06N 082-10-58W. THE SITE CONSISTS OF THREE
KEYHOLE-SHAPED LAUNCH REVETMENTS, A CENTRAL TRACKING AND
GUIDANCE AREA WITH TWO ARCH-ROOFED BUNKERS, THREE SUPPORT
REVETMENTS, AND EIGHT PROBABLE BARRACKS BUILDINGS.
