We have assigned your request the reference number above. Please use this number when corresponding so that we can identify it easily. Our records show that you previously requested information on the same subject in your earlier request (F-2011-00962) which we responded to you on 1 April 2011. Therefore, we conducted an updated search of our previously released database and located three additional documents, totaling 72 pages, which we believe to be responsive to your request. Please be advised that these documents were released as part of another release program. Please also note that you are entitled to the first 100 pages free and that we will take the enclosed 72 pages and the 30 pages provided to you in your earlier request as noted in paragraph 4 below into account in any future request on the Armenian Revolutionary Federation or the Armenian Youth Federation. The fact of the existence or nonexistence of requested records is currently and properly classified and is intelligence sources and methods information that is protected from disclosure by section 6 of the CIA Act of 1949, as amended, and section 102A(i)(1) of the National Security Act of 1947, as amended.
