� On the morning of Friday, 24 July 1953,
:and the writer visited the offices of

the Sidetone Delay device and related rarts in accorance with
pre-arranged agreement.
2: For matter of record, there were no uaners, specifi-
cations or nhoto7raphs connected with the Sidetone Delay device
and an examination of all the crating boxes, etc. failed to dis-
close any such papers.
3. The only paper obtained from was a copy
of an ^ chinment order ""mminmq file which merely
described the item as: '1 - Side-Tone Delay'. The writer sined
cric cony of this document for the --files and kept a copy which
is attsohed. The writer and his associates then moved the Side-
tone Delay device immediately to the Technical :::ranch laboratory.
