The Electric Power Plant of Braila is located on the Danube River bank near the Santier Naval Shipyards, about 800 meters from,, the Stanca Cement Facto-ry- 2, The plant produces between 15,000 and 20,000 kilowatts of current per hour. The voltage created is 6,000 for high frequency needs, 380 volts for the city's industrial needs and 220 volts for home consumption. 3.
