1. On 5 December 1950, LO Hsu Ct ), commander of the 2 Brigade* of the
Kvmngtung-1Cwengsi Column, took a . brigade numbering about 1,600 men** to
the Kcrangsi-Indochina, border to join the Viet Ilinh forces in Indochina.
2. All the able-bodied men conacri-rated in Chinchow (108.37, 21-58), Fangch'eng
(108-23, 21-46) and Lienchou (10910, 21-38) are placed under the command
of LO Hsu to be organized into an independent brigade.**
Cam. This may be the 2 Armored Car Unit.
Comment, It is possible that theme 1,600 men constitute low-
ranking cadres of the independent brigade mentioned in paragraph 2.
