1. I request permission to submit for publication the
attached text, consisting of nine encyclopedia entries on
Malaysian and Singaporean topics Attac m }-;
2. When approved, I intend to submit the manuscript for
publication in the Encyclopedia of Asian History, to be published
by The Asia Society.
3. None of the material present in the manuscript is, to my
knowledge, classified.
