Dear Mr. Casey:
It is my understanding that your agency has an interest in maintaining a
high level of competency in the areas of scholarship, science, and
technology.
I believe that I may be 'of some service to you in this regard.
I would like to bring to your attention. the formation of a major
international consultancy and research organization.
This organization is to be known as Group Alpha and it is to be divided
into nine areas of specialization. These are:
1. Mathematics
2. Computer Science
3. Physics
4. Chemistry
5. Modern Foreign Languages
6. Mechanical Engineering
7. Electrical Engineering
8. Chemical Engineering
