Meeting with representatives of Comm in regard to method of
presenting their projects. In many cases, 0/PC projects will have a
Colin annex stipulating certain numbers of dollars and bodies necessary
for the project. I advised Comoro that before these projects are presented
to the PRC, they should obtain prior approval by Management for the increase
in T/0. This, of course, would be subject to approval of the project by
the PRC.
