3. Showed the Director the cable reporting estimate of Indochina 25X1
situation and was instructed to have this informa ion isseminated to State and
Defense. Gave the substance of the cable to a representative of Park Armstrong's
office and requested Mr. ~o follow up.

5. Arranged with Mr. to have five copies of the revised Tab A
to SE 20 delivered to the N Secretariat for dissemination, on an "eyes only"
basis, to members of the NSC Senior Staff Steering Committee. That is to be
done on Wednesday, January 2.
6. Informed Mr. Wolf as to nV discussion with the DCI respecting personnel,
including 7- 1 nd also discussed space matters.
7. Mr ~of OCI phoned to state that there was an AP report of an
air raid alert at Seoul, but in view of the lack of any other confirmation decided
