THE PRESIDENT'S COMMITTEE ON INFORMATION ACTIVITIES ABROAD
EXECUTIVE OFFICE BUILDING

The ninth meeting of the Presidentts Committee on
Information Activities Abroad will be held in Room 213
of the Executive Office Building on Monday and Tuesday,
July 25 and 26.
The session will be devoted principally to a review and
discussion of staff papers and recommendations. Hours of
the Monday meeting will be as follows:
Morning
10:00 a. m. to 1:00 p. M.
Lunch
1:00 P.M. to 2:15 p.m.
Afternoon
2:15 p. m. to 5:30 p. m.
On Tuesday, July 26, the meeting will be from 9:00 a. m. tAP.A
to 12:30 p. m.
Copies of the agenda for the above meeting will be sent
to you when it becomes available.
