1. Referring to my conversation with you regarding clearances for

given TS no code-word clearance. STATOTHR
2. The object of requesting clearances was to show exactly
the type of images the spatial filter equipment will have to contend
with. With no code-word clearances we still cannot do this and
code-word T KH clearances are therefore requested for STATOTHR
