REMARKS: No major changes in the plant layout are evident from a com arison of
TALENT photography with the US TARGET MOSAIC
Minor changes include the construction of eight new storage tanks in the
NW corner of the plant area and an addition to one of the rolling mills.
The KOLPINO Heat and Power Plant., which furnishes power to the installation,
has also undergone some minor alterations.
A detailed report on this installation will be produced in the near future.
