TANKS AT BAN BAN MILITARY DEPOT, LAOS
25X1 D shows 25 tanks at the Ban Ban
Military Depot (19-38N 103-34E) in Laos. Ban Ban is located on Route
7, approximately 40 nm west of the Laotian-North Vietnam border and
26 nm northeast of Xieng Khouang.
Three of the tanks have been identified as Soviet-built PT-76 amphib-
ious tanks while the remaining 22 are probable PT-76's.
In addition to the tanks, 2 field artillery pieces, 38 probable 5-ton
true ', 44 probable 2.7-ton trucks, and approximately015 other trucks were
observed at the Ban Ban depot.
