86) is located at 47-12-OON 38-52-15E in the
southwestern suburbs of Taganrog, USSR. the
plant is adjacent to Taganrog Airfield (BE No
and Taganrog Seaplane Base (BE
N and is served by. both road
and rail (Figure 1).
When first observed on KEYHOLE photo-
the
plant contained approximately 1, 292,150 square
feet of floorspace. A comparison of that
photography with the most recent KL- YHOLL
photography from Mission
_ (Figure 2), reveals several additions.
These additions consist of a final assembly
hall under construction (item 1, Figure 3 and
Table 1), an unidentified building under con-
struction (item 14), and the completion of a
repair hangar (item 15) at the adjacent Taganrog 25X1 D
building could not be determined at that time.
The present floorspace of the airframe plant
is approximately 1,637,000 square feet, a total
which includes the floorspace of the new final
assembly hall under construction and the new
repair hangar.
