This report is one in a series on. Soviet Ground. Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a. DIA/CIA Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by. the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production
Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the Production Center 1Pla.-
In the interest of, uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with-those
appearing in the project requirement., When a specific facility _is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.
Titles and letter designators -for the various facilities are as

The barracks area is located on the north-
west edge of Prishib and the training area is
located 4 kilometers (km) "west-southwest (Fig-
ure 1).
The combined installation covers a total of
170 acre" and contains.the following facilities
and buildings: 2 administration, 4 barracks, 1
probable messhall, 19 storage, 1 probable stor-
age, 15 support, 3 vehiclemaintenance/storage,
1 athletic field, 1 probable drill field, and a flat-

Area E 1, a probable -storage area, is 1.5 km
north-northeast; of the barracks area and con-
nected to it by a secondary road. The area con-
age buildings measuring 220 by 35 feet, 180 by
60 feet, and 155 by 50 feet, and 1 support building.
Area K consists of an athletic field, aprob-
able drill field, and 1 support building.
Area .P, 4 km west-southwest of the barracks =
area, isa 1,650-foot flat-trajectory firing range
with an undetermined number of targets. The
area contains 1 support building and.7 evenly
spaced huts/control buildings'at the firing line.
