It includes Smolyaninovo Army Barracks 43-18N 132-27E, and Smolyaninovo HQ 40th Motorized Rifle Division at 43-17N 132-27E. The installation covers approximately 1,350 acres and contains 8 administration buildings, 18 barracks, 155-quarters-type housing units, 34 storage buildings, 4 probable explosives stor- age buildings, 3 bunkers,-4 vehicle sheds, 3 motor parks, and 96 support buildings. Train-- ing facilities include I wheeled-vehicle driver- training course, 2 tracked-vehicle driver-train- ing circuits, I tank/assault-gun firing range, 1 suspect tank/assault-gun firing range in an early stage of construction, and 2 unidentified facilities (Figures 2 and 3).
