This report presents the results of photo analysis of the area
known as Wollar Engineering Works, Shanghai, China (31?16'N-121?31'E)0
The analysis is based on photography exposed on and 25X1D
therefore reflects only the status of the plant as of that date there
were few indications at that time of any of the subsequently reported
construction of plant facilities.
The Mollar Engineering works is located on the East Bank of the
,laangppu-Chiang and is bounded on the North by Hsikou Creek. The plant
area is approximately 900 yds long and 100 yds in width, and is enclosed
on the river and creek bank sides by a concrete flood wall. For
additiora1 detail see map, Annex 1 to this report.
