Mr. Robert F. Harts Jr.
I regret to have to advise you that I will be
leaving for Europe next week and that I will not, return
until after July 4. 1 regret that the trip comes at this
time and will, therefore, prevent me from attending
the Dulles Trophy Regatta and the other races that you
mention over the Fourth of July weekend.
Please express my regrets to the other
officials of the Club. I hope I will be able to join you
sometime later during the season.
