In response to the referenced requirement four areas in the USSR were searched for TWIN DISH troposcatter stations. All search areas were covered by medium-resolution photography of fair-to-good interpretability, 2, The ZHITOMIR TROPOSCATTER STATION is 6,6 nautical miles (nm) southeast of ZHITOMIR a 9E (Attachment 1). The station consists of two pairs of TWIN DISH antennas, five FORK REST antennas, two horizontal dipole antennas, a control building, and two support buildings. The TWIN DISH antennas 3.
