1. In response to the requirement, the azimuth of the two
microwave dishes located at the Shang-hai Earth Satellite Station
2. The dishes were oriented towards the center of Shang-hai.
An area + twenty degrees along the trace of the azimuth was searched
for a radius of twenty nautical miles. No microwave facility was
observed.
3. The azimuth provided is accurate to within + twenty degrees
with a 95% confidence interval.
