the same facility. 'Detailed rea. outs of these facilities are -included In this
memorandum. No other eonzb=#ca1.?ion facilities could be identified in the
FU_ Chou area.
a. Radio Communications Station - This facility, located on the
northeast edge of `?Fu-Chou at 26-06H 119-18E consists of four double rhombic
antennas. A possible control building is located in the northwest corner of
the facility, however, cable scarrings or security fences were not apparent.
?_.Figure 1 is a rectified line drawing of this facility. Dat4 for these-antenna

b. Radio Station Nant-ai Tao West - This facility, located four
,nautical miles sputh of Fu-Chou at 26-01N 119-16E, consists of a-secured
`support and control area containing five buildings and a probable water tank,
tw. groups of bi-directional horizontal wire or curtain arrays (antennas
.numbers 1. and 2), and three horizontal wire antlennas (numbers 3. through 5) of
'which at 1.,past two are center fed. Antenna number 5 appears to have a one-
half wave length rs.dial ground screen. Figure 2 is a rectified line drawing
of this facility. Data for these antennas is given in Table,2.
