Highlights of 27 March Status Briefing
? CIA terms of reference requested that no resources be
transferred until Blue Ribbon Panel completes
directed review, SAC staffer agreed
? CIA stated it would take steps to declassify previous
program work, groundwork is being established
? It was agreed CIA would present its management
strategy, after learning more about the program
from the completed review
? It was agreed program personnel could not be
transferred immediately since CIA has no way
to task them, field requirements, or disseminate
product and could not keep them productive
