offering your services to this Agency as a consultant.
Unfortunately, the situation is not at all
encouraging. We have no requirements in which your
services could be appropriately utilised. Also, the
Agency is authorized by Congress to employ only a very
limited number of retired military officers, and these
positions are presently filled or firmly committed.
Your interest in this orgsniantion is appreciated
and I regret that my answer cannot be more favorable.
