1. Budget estimates for Fiscal Years 1962 end 1963 are here-
with sUbmitted. The scope of thin presentation was assigned by
reference to the Administrative Staff. The presentation consists of:
(a) ANNEX I - Total summary of Budget Requirements for
FY 62 and 63 by endeavor and Object class. The endeavors are
represented in greater detail by TABS 1 through 7. TAB a is a
detailed breakdown of those OXCART activities of cognizance to
the Administrative Staff. The Development Branch in its
budgetary presentation will include the totals reflected in
TAB 8.
(b) ANNEX /I & III - Forms 1282 representing Fiscal Year
62-63 distribution of office requirements to the Agency najor
Activities.
(c) IV - Work paper support of with indmeed
comparison of present FY 62 Budget Requirements with those
projected for Fr 62 in the FY 61 budget effort. In those in.
stances where such a comparison is not made it is because we do
not possess the required information. It is understood that
such information does exist in your records.
2. This Presentation does not include Budgetary Requirements
for Air Support Branch Bases as they pertain to TDY travel from the
Base or local hire requirements. It is understood that these considerat
will be inaluded in Beme overhead requirements.
