Subject: Contract OS-100, Revised Billing Rates
Reference: Conferences 14 and 18 April 1958, Pasadena, California,

During the referenced conferences it was agreed that OS-100 would
be subject to negotiation after completion at 30 June 1958 in lieu of
establishing firm fixed billing rates for the period I July 1957 through
30 June 1958.
We are attaching a revised schedule of provisional billing rates which
give consideration to a lesser total amount of man months required,
consider the withhold portion of salaries as a direct charge rather than
as a part of the direct labor base to be burdened, and consider two (2)
ten (10) man teams during May and June in lieu of nine (9) men teams.
It is our intent to use these provisional billing.rates for the April,
May and June billings. As we discussed with you, if these rates and
previous billing rates appear to have been higher than the anticipated
end redetermination amounts, w' will submit credit memos during
April, May and June to avoid any overpayments to us wherever possible.
