This letter provides information required to close
out the subject contract:
1. Attached are two copies of Amendment 2 executed
on behalf of Westinghouse by This
amendment reduces the period o per ormance and
the total contract price accordingly.

2. Also forwarded is our final invoice for the services
performed under this contract. This completes the
billing for services of - and submits a final 25X1 Al a
transportation claim.
3. There has been no notice for claim of copyright
infringement received by the contractor with respect
to any material delivered under this contract.
Maintenance parts, tools and test equipment were
made available to our personnel to perform the
maintenance required. The control of this property
was administered by the Government at the local
operating site. There is not government furnished
or residual property from this contract requiring
disposition.
5. Patent and Royalty reports were not required.
