SUBJECT s Concurrence in Amendment No. 8 to Contract No. HF-1230
with The Pirewel CcV, Inc.,
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
approval of the Project Director. Such recommendation is set forth
in Paragraph 4.
2, Contract No. HF-1230 and Amendments Nos. 1 through 7 thereto,
provide for the development and procurement of personal equipment for
pilots. Amendment No. 8 has been drawn to reflect changes in require-
ments for such equipment in accordance with agreements reached in a
meeting held in Buffalo, New York with the Contractor on 25 September
1957.
3. Amendment No. 8 decreases the amount of
bligated under Contract No. HF-1230 by $18,718.83 f
