Dear Senator Humphrey:
to your letter of 9 December 1955 to Mr. Dnlle s, en-
opy of a letter from Mr. alter T. Ridder on the subject
of the proposed location of (Lk headtuarters at Langley, Virginia.
We are troubled by a number of the allegations in Mr. Kidder's
letter, and I would appreciate it if you would allow me to send Mr.
