REFERENCE: Memorandum to DCI from Assistant Director
for operations dated 7 July 1950 - Subject:
War Plan for
1. Those portions of the requirements outlined in the referenced
memorandum which can'b-e provided, by the Overseas Communications Plan
will be included-in its implementation. In addition, letters are
presently beingpreparod in the Communications Division for the
signature of the-Director, CIA, requesting firm agreements by the
military for the continuation during wartime of the support presently
afforded this Agency.
2. With reference to the specific requirements outlined

it appears that the following will meet the needs of the STATSPEC
