Those portions of the requirements outlined in the referenced memorandum which can'b-e provided, by the Overseas Communications Plan will be included-in its implementation. In addition, letters are presently beingpreparod in the Communications Division for the signature of the-Director, CIA, requesting firm agreements by the military for the continuation during wartime of the support presently afforded this Agency. 2. With reference to the specific requirements outlined 25X1A 25X1 A` 25X1A 25X1 it appears that the following will meet the needs of the STATSPEC a.
