Parallel feedback s/142/62/005/002/013/019 E192/E382 The absence bf parallel feedback from the system is characterized by: Y12 0 The effect of feedback on the anode current is particularly significant and the systein can therefore be characterized by its input impedance, which is expressed by: Y Y + Y (9) BX - U 11 12 The second component in Eq-(9) is due to the feedback. So;-.ic simple examples of feedback amplifiers such as an anode-follow,~~r, cathode-follower and a two-stage amplifier are analysed by employing the formulae derived. In studies conducted on persons 1-kept from 15-45 days under conditions of isolated restraint, it was estab- i'lished that tne degree and character of negative physiological shifts in fte organism depended on the volume of motor activity and the degree of physical effort involved in work activity. TITLE: Dump Trucks for Construction Sites PERIODICILL: Avtomobillnaya promyshlennost', 1959, Nr 7, pp 32-34 (USSR) ABSTRACT; The author reviews the development of special dump trucks for construction sites. In Table 1, he pre- sents a list of British, Hungarian and other foreign special purpose dump trucks of different dimensions. He points out the advantages of such special vehicles compared to ordinary dump trucks, GAZ-93, ZIL-585, AIA'71-205, which are uneconomical on construction sites. He mentions the experience with Hungarian DR-50-C special dump trucks, which had some essential design defects. These effects were eliminated in the DR-50-D model. The operation of dump trucks should be limited Card 1/2 to construction sites. Construction material should SOV/113-59-7-11/19 Dump Trucks for Construction Sites be liransported on regular trucks if the distance exceeds 5 km. The author recommends the application of special dump trucks for construction sites. There are 2 photographs, I graph and 2 tables. TITLE: Vacuum scatter chamber for studying charged -particle reactions SOURCE: Pribory* i tekhnika, eksperimenta 2. 1964, 61-63 I/rao - TOPIC TAGS: scatter chamber, vacuum scatter chamber, nuclear measurement, particle reaction. particle scattering ABSTRACT*- A scatter chamber (see Enclosure 1) consists of a steel housiner 1, lower lid 2. and -upper movable lid 3. The primary particle beam, restricted by graphite diapl)xagms 4 and 5, passes the filter chamber 6 and is collimated by a set of tantalum diaphragms. Then, the beam strikes the target and goes into the Faraday cylinder. Filter disks 7 are remote-operated by ShI-11 step-by-step telephone-type switches located inside the filter charnber. Diaphragms 8 and 10 ACCESSION NR: AP4033108 belong with the collimator, while diaphrapns 9 and 11 remove fringe particles. Detectors are fastened to the movable lid 3 by means of a nipple 15 which is positioned at an angle of 10t) from the central plane of the chamber. The recording angle can be varied within 100-1700 without disturbing the vacuum. Remote control is providedfor the detector position, target replacement, and filter changes in the primary and secondary beams. Orig. art. has: 2 figures..
